I must be crazy to go for a holiday from warm weather to where it's cold. Ive recently bought myself a pair of warm ugg boots and I love them, I havent worn them just yet because I'd like to get the right way of wearing them - stylish. I am shaped like a pear, i wear size 14-16/(L) depends on brands too, and was wondering if you guy coulds suggest what is 'stylish' to wear with ugg boots whilst imagining I'm a pear lol. I have tried to look up google, but all it comes up is for skinny/not pear shaped outfits for women. If you have any ideas, please write them down, much appreciated!!

Just please don't wear them with athletic shorts! :) (I can't tell you how many of my students do this....) You'll be fine as long as you don't do that!

with your shape, i think a cute dress with an empire waistline and leggings underneath it would be really cute. or, wear jeans and tuck them into the boots (that's what my daughter does... she's 13). where are you going?

im very much a pear! what style of ugg did you get?

i have two pairs, the standard brown pair that are shin height i wear with leggings and a nice long jumper over the top, quite fitted clothes tho. and i have the wooly fold over pair that i can wear with straight leg jeans or leggings and any top really.

the wooly ones are more casual i would say but you cant really go wrong in a pair of uggs, i see people wearing them with mini skirts and shorts in the summer.

Leggings and long tops or dresses always look nice with them. I love my uggs, almost worth going through winter for.

I'd say leggings as well or over slim fitted jeans with a nice long jumper or top over them. They look nice too over some chunky knit thick tights and a denim skirt.

My parents went on a cruise to Australia this past February and asked me what I wanted, me being a deal-hunter I said Uggs since I couldn’t ever imagine myself spending $200+ on boots that look like slippers and aren't very waterproof.

They brought me shin-height lilac coloured ones, they are so cute and so original!! In a sea of Uggs, I’m the only one out there not in brown and black.

I wore them this past winter to the gym or grocery shopping. I just wore them with jeans, skinny jeans would have fit in easier but I hate skinny jeans unless you are 110lbs or less (and I am NOT a hippy person, I just hate the skinny jean look and the discomfort on your feet and ankles putting them on) they looked really good with my black workout pants to the gym. If you are going on a snowboarding/ski trip (hmmm not sure where since it's almost July but I'm sure it's possible) you can live in Uggs and some tight black exercise/yoga pants and look great the whole time! Just no VPL in the tight pants k? A faux pas that really bugs me!

I am a size 14 and was a 16 and i have been wearing mine for years! i wear mine with leggings and long vest tops with cardi's or jumpers over. Or like someone said you could add denim or material mini skirts to cover the top of your legs and bottom (which i do a lot still too!) or with a nice skirt and thick tights. Sometimes i wear them with Thick tights (sometimes patterned) or leggings with a nice warm jumper dress - i have quite a few now. I think you can still buy them, they are so warm and cosy.

Hope this helps and you have a great time! xx   :drinker:

I have brown Roxy ones and only ever wear them with skirts/ t-shirt dress and leggings/tights. Or Denim shorts with tights underneath. I don't like them with Jeans. Round here, people wear them with pyjama bottoms on the school run...

Wear them with a dressing gown when you are at home.
Anything else is NEVER going to be stylish!!
They are slippers, not outdoor wear.

    I LOVE my uggs!

I wear mine with leggings and fun skirts and a sweater... or with skinny jeans but you can really wear them with any kind of jeans. I'm the tuck in my jeans into my uggs kind of girl so I love the skinny jeans for it but you can squeeze your boot cuts/flare jeans into uggs too. Now that I've lost weight, I cannot wait to wear leggings w my uggs all winter in my new smaller legs :)

I do not wear uggs with shorts, unless I'm literally just like taking my dog out to pee in the winter and I'm in my pajama shorts and do not feel like putting on sweats.

I also wear uggs with sweatpants sometimes.

I don't care what people say about uggs.. they are cute, comfortable, and WARM. Leggins and uggs are my go to clothing in the winter!!!!!!

PANTS! Why would you wear UGGs with mini-skirts/dresses???? You're either hot or you're cold. You're not both!

trackies, PJs, dressing gown. Anything really, as long as your only going out to the mailbox. Any adventures that go beyond your driveway require real shoes.
