I noticed my first week I did not loose much but once I worked out 6 to 5 times out of the week to some old p90x dvds and youtubes biggestloser, while obviously doing the app iv been gaining muscle and have been losing 2lbs a week instead of 1lbs. that's with ONE day out of the week having a cookie or something portioned that's not so good for me, "junk food". 157lbs to 130lbs......like 10lbs more to go yassssss! What other work outs do you like that are intense?

Congrats!! So you went from 157 to 130? What do you want to get down to? How tall are you? I'm 44, 5'6, now 146 from 168. I really love the elliptical, treadmill, bike or running outside. Also years ago, I had Denise Austins VCR tapes and I no longer have a vcr but those were the BEST! I lost a lot with those. It's called "Get Fit Fast" in arms, legs and abs. 3 levels each with 10-15 min each. So fun and she gets you toned! I ordered these DVDs off amazon recently and was so happy to have these again and have really toned up.
Another you tube video is Tone it up arms...

Freeletics Gym. I am on my 3rd week and its great. I pay for the coaching (£25 GBP) for 12 weeks. I have tried the Freeletics Bodyweight app and that is also fantastic but 1) I like the thought of being able to go for a swim and jacuzzi after the gym and 2) the amount of burpees wasn't agreeing with my dodgy knee that I have had 2 ops on over the years.1

Hiking. Its my favorite hiking up mountains. My last hike was 4.5 miles with an estimated burn of 966 calories. You burn a lot but dont feel the horrible after effects like normal workouts but thats not saying i dont love my gym.1
