Don't know if it helps, but I get the same!! I've put it down to cutting down too much on the fat!! If I up myfibre, I just bung up! If I eat a bit more fat, then I'm fine!!0

Prune juice with a Tbsp of butter.
If all else fails, Miralax. Also add a stool softener, like Colace, a few times a week to keep things moving.0 -
I would never use MiraLAX it has artificial ingredients. Harmful for the body. I use organic India psyllium husk's 2 tablespoons per shake or 2 tablespoons per orange juice or water milk whatever. Fiber is awesome for the body but you need to drink enough water or you will get naturally and majorly constipated. Since you have begun dieting your fiber has decreased so I strongly suggest go with the organic India psyllium husk with ample water and you will be pleased.1
