It will develop the muscles but it does not burn fat unless the exercise itself leads to a caloric deficit...and even then, not necessarily fat in the legs.0 -

So let's say I followed this advice here. The op asked how to get slim legs.
Let's say I did squats ,lunges,plies and barre work but ate at a calorie surplus. Would these exercises keep my legs slim ? ( no)0 -
