Results take time--try to be patient and be kind to yourself. Keep eating at a calorie deficit and over time you will see results. Hang in there! <3

Are you following the advice given in your many other posts about weighing and logging your intake in order to create a calorie deficit?

    This.

You don't see results because you don't create a consistent calorie deficit and ignore advice on how to do so.

If MFP isn't helping you form a plan and stick to it, go to your public library and check out Dr. Yoni Freedhoff's book The Diet Fix, read it carefully, and then give his advice a try. You're trying to change your lifestyle and habits. It isn't easy, but if you want to lose weight and keep it off, there's no sustainable alternative. Good luck!

    REALLY????????

Yes. You ask the same questions over and over and over again in new threads rather than integrating what you've already been told. You describe your methods and they clearly don't include the correct process needed to be able to know how many calories you are actually eating.

You need to really read the answers you've been given, follow them, and give them a chance to work.
