Hey. I had my first baby 6 months ago now and still battling with my baby weight and it's seriously getting me down, I lost 4 stones prior to baby but now have 3 to loose again. Anyone got any tips for a sleep deprived breastfeeding mum? Lol

I started using MFP when my baby was around 8 months old. I set my calories to 1600 a day because I too breastfeed and want to make sure I consume enough nutrients to make healthy and nutrient rich milk. Since mid February I've lost 27 pounds. It's definitely possible to lose and still provide for your baby!

Hey my son was born November 30th. I gained 60lbs with him ugh! I still have 25 more to go and I've been stuck for 3 months. New here so still learning the ropes

Don't panic. 9 months on, 9 months off. I've had 2, breastfed both for about 18 months and was slimmer 9 months after having them (not doing MFP) than I am now (they're aged 4 and 7). Don't focus too much on the 3 stone you want to lose but on just making the right decisions day by day. Eating within the limit you've set (Obvs higher when breastfeeding) and getting plenty of exercise.
I remember making it harder for myself by comparing my body to other people with babies the same age but that's really unhelpful.

What is "stones"? But I just had a baby also 2 months ago, and looking to lose 25lbs within the next 3 months. We can def motivate each other and maybe make it a competition just for motivation.

May I ask what was your routine to lose the weight?
