Hi,

My name is Ollie and I live in Harrogate. I'm on here to get fit generally and help me get to grips with nutrition. I'm a vegetarian and my main short term goal is to bulk up a little and achieve abbs before my summer holiday (I know a little shallow!). To be honest I just want my body fat percentage to be below 15% and I'll be a happy man.

Just completed my first week on MFP. I'm loving it but could do with some friends to chat to and give moral support.

Anyone is welcome but I would love to hear from people local to me if anyone's interested?

    HI I'm not that close but in East Yorkshire. I need support sometimes as I don't lose weight quick like I did in my 20 's
