Just wondering if anyone has any idea what the workouts / calorie burn is on this program. I was not sure how to track it. I am one my second round of the program. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you

    The only way is with a heart rate monitor and then create your exercise with the name of the workout, ie Chest and Back with Ab Ripper X. Then put the amount of calories burned and minutes. I use it as a cardio workout.

    I think i read it is about 300 calories per 30 minutes......
    if you want accurate reading you need to purchase a heart rate monitor watch.

    They were designed to burn 600-800 calories each workout (but not the ab ripper one). But those numbers are not exact. It depend on how hard you work out and your weight.
