Ey I would appreciate any help or advice.

Hi my name is Shaun I've lost 60kg but I still need to lose 10 more kilos but I'm really struggling so I discovered MyFitnessPal but I'm not sure how accurate it is I believe it's very accurate just looking at how many people are using it.My app says I need to reach 1500 cals /day(not a problem) just wanted to know from people with experience if you can mabe give me tips to losing this last 10 kilos please

    Firstly, well done on your current loss. That is amazing. Well done man.

    Secondly, MFP has millions of users and many of them have been incredibly successful. If you are consistent, flexible and patient I am sure you can be as well.

    Thirdly, I would recommend you double check some entries in the database when you are entering them into your food diary as they can be a little off. If you can use a food scale to get more accuracy that will serve you well.

    Fourthly, MFP is designed in a way that you are supposed to "eat back" the calories you burn from exercise but sometimes the figures can be rather inflated. I would recommend eating back between 50% - 75% of them and see how you go unless you know with some degree of certainty how to calculate this is accuracy.

    Thank you very much for the compliment and thank you for the great reply i wondered about the macros though kept mine on 30 carb 30 fat en 40 protein think it will work that way.

    Good job on the loss!
    You have to be very strict with entering everything but if you stick with it, can be very good. I prefer to track my workouts than food
