    You can do it! Here's a tip: Make a new goal everyday and accomplish it. For example: if your goal is to get in shape to run a marathon, start small with a goal of (eat 10 grams less sugar today) then later on (go jogging for 5 mins longer than yesterday) then before you know it you'll be reaching that goal of (join a marathon and finish!) Best wishes!
