First day on app. I was shocked. Felt as if I had a good day and eating healthy, trainee iq managed to consume over 44g of carbohydrates in sweet chilli sauce added to evening meal alone, I will not be making that mistake again. I cannot believe it, and I have been having sweet chilli every day for 3 weeks...feeling guilty!

    Is there a medical reason for watching carbs?

    I just look at meeting calories & reaching overall goals (protein, fat & carbs). A single food here or there won't prevent weight loss, and isn't bad......you just need to make it fit overall.

    44g x 4 calories = 176 calories for sauce....kinda high. But then so is salad dressing sometimes. Maybe just learn to live with a little less. We live & learn.

    Yes there is. I'm having to follow no gluten, no dairy, low gi diet, early days. Only 3 weeks in. My carbs for today were over cause I didn't have a clue how much was in sauces, I seem to have checked everything but those, might need to water them down. Oh I gave Def lived to learn this lesson!
