Trying again

I'm back with a renewed motivation to succeed this time. I am transitioning to a ketogenic nutrition lifestyle. I am in my second week of Ketosis and haven't lost weight, although my clothes are looser.
I'm adding exercise beginning this week: dancing, walking, toning, and light weights. I also will begin tracking activity with a Misfit.
