Just sussing out the app and getting used to it :) have no idea what I'm doing!

    It's easier to use the bar code to scan your food.

    Try planning out your meals enter them in and see if your short or over your macros and daily goal %. Then tweak it a little to make it fit onto your nutritional needs. Then all you have to do is just meet them by eating what you have planned ....it's that easy. In the beginning is hard but once you get used to it it's a breeze

    Check my progress in my profile. I finally got mines down after 1month and just recently I started seeing results
