Hi, I'm new here so I don't really know how this works, but can anyone suggest any healthy breakfasts that are low in carbs?

    that leaves protein? So...boneless skinless chicken breasts.

    kinda hard to isolate protein by itself. You need a fat or a carb to go with it, otherwise your food options are extremely limited.

    I would consider giving a little more information on what your food goals are so we can help you with realistic options.

    Welcome to the site...just fyi, the message boards are full of sharks. If you grab a surf board, you might get bit a few times. lol

    Step 1: Go into your food diary and enter in the foods you like to eat for breakfast.
    Step 2: Pick the item with the highest carbs and delete it.
    Step 3: Repeat Step 2 until the total carbs of the meal is below your desired threshold for breakfast.
    Step 4: Eat that meal

    I'm assuming you wanted real suggestions.
    There are many recipes out there for crustless quiches (full size and individual sized), scotch eggs, zuccini nest eggs etc.

    I personally like 100g greek yogurt, 75g (ish) cantelope and 30g chopped pecans
    There is also the good old bacon./sausage and eggs.

    Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, eggs over easy, eggs over hard, eggs and bacon, eggs and sausage, eggs and salsa, egg cups... eggs.

    My usual breakfast is on the low carb side -- 2 egg vegetable omelet with smoked salmon. I usually have broccoli, zucchini, or asparagus with some kind of green (kale, spinach, chard) and feta. Sometimes I add mushrooms.

    Eat what you eat for lunch. Or re-heat something from dinner the night before.

    Google LCHF recipes. There are bazillion of them out there for free on the internet and you need not limit your breakfast to breakfast food. I follow a LCHF WOE so I cook most of my foods at home. Here's what I've had for breakfast over the past several days:

    05/24/16: 6 homemade LC Pizelles (waffle cookies) with some Heavy Whipping Cream (HWC);
    05/23/16: homemade strawberry parfait and some HWC;
    05/22/16: homemade California roll (8 pieces) & HWC;
    05/21/16: homemade LC Lite Brown Butter Pecan Ice Cream;
    05/20/16: homemade candied pecans & HWC;
    05/19/16: homemade LC Lite Brown Cutter Pecan Ice Cream;
    05/18/16: 6 homemade LC Pizelles & HWC;
    05/17/16: homemade Cottage Cheese Gelatin Fluff (Watermelon flavor), pork rinds & HWC;
    05/16/16: 4 homemade LC Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites & HWC;
    05/15/16: homemade LC soul bread (hotdog bun), hot dog, low sugar ketchup, no sugar added pickle relish;
    05/14/16: LC Orange Cranberry Muffin (not homemade) with butter;
    05/13/16: 3 homemade LC Rhubarb Pumpkin mini muffins with cream cheese frosting;

    You get the picture. You are only limited by your imagination. And even though I don't have any "eggs" listed, many of the foods I prepare at home contain eggs (the pizelles, ice cream, soul bread, rhubarb pumpkin mini muffins, etc.).
