Low calorie foods at Olive Garden?

Good evening!☺️

Does anyone out there have any recommendations for low calorie options at Olive Garden (if such a thing exists)?

They have a couple under 575 items on their menu. I usually just get the soup, salad, and breadsticks and ask them not to butter the breadsticks...It's very sad, but it means I only eat 1 of them cause they aren't that delicious. Here is link to their under 575 menu at the location near me. I think their menus can vary by location. I can vouch that those mushroom raviolis are pretty tasty.

Make sure when you order you say no oil or butter to any meal, even if it's on their lighter menu. I've ordered the salmon dripping in atleast 3 tbsp of olive oil

I had the chicken piccata there last weekend and thought it was good. It's one of their light dishes.

You can also order the sald with "light" dressing and no croutons. The minestrone is the best option for soup.

I care to keep calories and sodium low.
The lunch portion of the mushroom ravioli might be available. Ask for the sauce on the side and just use a little bit of it (if you care to hold down sodium and/or calories). Ask for the salad with dressing on the side and just have it raw. That saves a lot of salt and calories. Your companion can use the dressing. You can always get the grilled salmon with broccoli. Great in every way.

Their light options are really good. You can also ask for a lighter dressing on the salad - sometimes they get confused but they do have it available - the waiter has to add the dressing rather than using the ones they already have prepared.

I just went and got the minestrone soup and salad! It was not that much calories! The problem was the breadsticks...

Just ate there today. It was the majority of my calories. The worse thing was the large volume of salt!
