I aim for at least an hour of activity each day, 6 days a week. Usually running or walking, sometimes I'll throw in some weights to mix things up (I'm not really into strength training, just could never seem to like it but I know I have to do it). I work out on my lunch hour, so I'm usually limited to an hour. On weekends I'll go about 1.5 hours.

Weights for 30-45 minutes daily (Body Beast currently) and then walking for 60-90 minutes. Sometimes I break the walking up during the day, depending on my schedule. I love getting out and walking so I do it whenever I get a break.

I weight train 3-4 days per week for 50-60mins. Then I walk or run about twice a week (maybe three) for 30-40mins.

30 minutes on the treadmill followed by mere minutes with a few strength training items.

I love to walk, so I walk 4-6 mile at least 5 days a week. I love looking at nature as I go for my daily walks. : )

Monday, Wednesday, Friday I get up at 5am and run for 30-40min. I also walk 20min at lunch with a coworker.

Tuesday and Thursday I run 30min, then do the elliptical for 20min. I've been nursing hip pain and the elliptical is really helping.

Saturday I try to take a 30min tabata class, which I really enjoy except it's at 8am and I can't always get there. I also will run for 30min. If I miss the class then I just run longer or hit the elliptical for 20min.

I just purchased the iron strength for runners workout from runners world. I'm not sure when I'll fit it in, but I should have more time this summer.

1-3 hours five days a week. Length of session depends on where I am in relation to competitions. This week is nice and easy recovery, and I'm likely to be in and out within 45 minutes. But 2-3 hours is typical most weeks.

Lifting 2-3 days per week, 30-40 min per session (including warm-up and cool down) - would love to go longer just not a lot of time right now!

I do 2 workout DVDs 6 days a week. Each one is about 35-40 minutes each. I'm starting to add some weights about 10 minutes every other day for upper body strength. So about 80-90 minutes 6 days a week.

Usually, 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Yesterday was squat day - it was 75 minutes. Today was bench day - 85.

That's the time from when I do my mobility exercises to getting done stretching after.

Ummmm, I need to amp up my workouts. I knew I wasn't doing enough lately, but after reading all the responses, I know it!

You people are rock stars!! I usually do about 20-30 min cardio and 20-30 min lifting. Back in my fit days I worked out 5 days a week. Now it's only 3 or 4 days.

Depending on your goal(s), 30 minutes may be fine.

very very true. a body builder and a iron man triathlete will train very very differently. it's all about your goals and what you want to accomplish.

I'm changing my routine. 30-45 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning, and then after work I do about an hour to an hour-and-a-half of strength training. Weekends I do two hour sessions of a combination of the two. I'm extremely lazy, so I have to push myself, haha.

Oh, and I don't do them every day! Four to five days a week.
