My name is Tiffany. I'm 26 years old and I need to lose about 100lbs. I've started a weight loss journey so many times but never stick with it. I guess as long as I keep trying right? I just got diagnosed with a non alcoholic fatty liver. I'm trying to change my eating habits to better my health. I usually drink about 32oz of regular pop daily but now I'm trying to watch my sugar and fat intake. So now I try to drink diet pop instead, since I can't quit pop cold turkey. It's so hard changing eating habits. Please feel free to add me, as I can use the motivation and support
