Any recommendations? I don't have the room for a full sized machine unfortunately. Thanks!

I use a standard stand up mini-stepper (the kind with the handles) while watching TV or on the phone. It's seriously awesome.

It's a great way to increase my daily activity easily as 15 minutes of use gets me 1 mile.

I twist my upper body to hit my obliques, use 5 - 8 lb weights to target my upper body better, get low and bend my knees to target my behind and the back of my legs or go fast and kind of do a light jog and pump my arms to increase my cardio.

Also it's small so storage is easy. I keep it at the bottom of my entertainment center so it's easily accessible.

    Good luck!

Which one do you have? Thanks! :)

If you have a highschool stadium near you, run the bleachers instead. I would be skeptical of any compact portable machine because range of motion. Maybe a good one exists. If you do find one, make sure you try it out for at least ten minutes.

This would just be to get some extra cardio in while I'm watching TV at night. :)

Look at the dimensions of the M series by bowflex. There's 3, M3 M5 and M7. The middle one is what I have, I can't recall the size off hand but it's small and was the reason I chose it. Affordable too

    They are crazy compact-- 2.5' x 3.5' --$1k - $2k.
