A (probably stupid) noodle question!?

Hi, help me out here, would you weigh noodles (egg noodles) by dry or hydrated weight? Have been eating a lot of stir frys and I always weigh them dry but after reading a couple of packs while out shopping today I'm doubting my methods ( and possibly going over my goals unknowingly) tbh the pack info and that on mpf doesn't state cooked or dry weight so I'm a little confused

dry if they're dry noodles.

I'd weigh dry. The dry-weight calorie count for egg noodles is going to be somewhere in the 380kcal per 100g range. Cooked will be a lot lower - I hope that helps.1

thanks, the ones that I have been using say they are under 200kcal for 83g (nest) on here I'm going to assume from now on that's cooked weight and the info is wrong, luckily I'm usually under may daily goal and I've still been seeing losses xI'd weigh dry.
