Heey! I'm Kayleigh! I used to find it easy loosing weight when I was younger, now I've started slacking and now I've got into bad habits!
I'm looking to loose a few pounds and tone up a little. Friendly encouragement would be very much appreciated as I've become quite lazy, I'm very friendly feel free to message me! (I think that's how we communicate on here, haven't figured it out yet)

    Hello my name is Rick./ I recently after 2 major knee surgeries and a 30lb weight gain started doing water aerobics and have lost 22 pounds in the last 12 weeks. I need to be part of a support group and it was suggested to me to do so. I still have around 45 pounds to go to where I'm not overweight. Help would be surely welcomed. Thanks!
