Best makeup-ish sunblock?

My seat was moved next to a window and I get direct sunlight for a while. It has some film protection so I won't get scorched, but I'm still getting some spots and a really oily face.

I'm not changing seats, I finally got a window! (I realize it sounds sad, but it's sadder to face a wall for 8+ hours)

This is by far the best cubicle I've been in and I don't really mind about the sun except that my face looks like a minefield.

Help?

La Roche-Posay Rosaliac CC Cream. I don't ever rave about make up, but this stuff is amazing. 30spf and it makes your skin look really nice.

Smash box CC cream. It's 30spf. You can put a powder over it as well and looks nice. Or Josie Maran has a nice tinted moisturizer that has spf and helps with anti aging.

I get horrible hyper pigmentation on my face and this is the only foundation I have found strong enough to block everyday sun exposure from making it worse.

Also, my favorite spf moisturizer is Paula's Choice Resist Super light wrinkle defense spf 30. It acts like a smoothing primer (almost a soft matte finish) and works well under liquid or powder foundation. My holy grail spf. BTW, at 56 years old my skin looks better than it has in years.
