gaining the motivation you need

Heyya all,
I joined MFP about 6 months ago, and have really been struggling to get the motivation to stick to my diet plan and catalogue everything i eat or drink. It all seemed a bit much just to lose a few pounds. I hope you don't just think i am being lazy, it's just that things tend to pile up and it gets a bit busy around here.. and thats when MFP goes straight to the back of my mind.
I also never realised you could add people as have only been using the app on my phone.
It would be nice if there were some people on here i could add and talk to for some support and motivation, maybe if you are finding it hard too then we could spur each other on.

    Don't feel too bad, I'm battling as well....just got back on here today after several months...hang in there!

    I am in the exact position you are! I haven't given up but I haven't exactly been trying that hard either. We can do this! We just have to take it one day at a time :)
