Weight lost HOW DO I GET BACK ON TRACK

I was on a pretty healthy diet and exercise plan and lost 11 pounds but the last 3 weeks haven't been that good.. How do I get back on track? Any tips?

    Eat better, exercise more. :) Don't let those 11 lbs go to waste!

    Was your calorie goal too aggressive? Make sure that you've chosen a goal that is reasonable & sustainable for the time that you're losing. That way, transitioning to maintenance won't be a big scary jump. Having a sensible calorie goal should also help with diet fatigue/boredom.

    As far as getting back on track - stop thinking about it and start logging. Now.

    i am sorry you are stalled. i was the same way. i "wasted" an entire year, gained so much weight after having lost all the weight i wanted! so many reasons, but bottom line, i got serious monday! changed my attitude and my mind. it truly is mind over matter in my case. good luck!

    It can feel like you have to pick up that train and put it back on the track! Start right now. Refocus. Journal. Take a walk. Forgive yourself. Make a fresh plan. I realized a long time ago that my excess weight is my security blanket and losing it feels vulnerable. I want to shed that blanket badly, even if the road is tough. I'm down 14 lbs this year so far; and more than once I have had to haul the train back onto the track.
