Baby weight

Hi im 28 and have a 21 month old and have been struggling to stay motivated to loose the baby weight. Before my pregnancy, I had good eating habits and was able to maintain a healthy weight, now its the total opposite. I crave all the bad foods and love to sleep when my very busy toddler isnt keeping me up. Any tips on becoming more healthy for a tired new first-time mom???

I have a 2 year old and just started mfp again. For me if I focus on getting my calcium, protein, and vitamin A and C goals it's easier to eat lot of veggies and protein rich foods. Plus if I look at a huge plate of salad while I'm tracking that seems much more appealing than a huge plate of salad when I'm not conserving calories. Good luck and feel free to friend me.0
