5'9" 193-155 5 months

i don't post often but wanted to share what 5 months of hard work can do! I started in Nov at 193, but got sidetracked around the holidays and picked back up the 1st of February. I signed up to compete in 2 sprint length triathlons this summer to motivate me to get to the gym and it's been 3 solid months of committing every week to training. Currently right around 155. It's amazing what logging food and sweat can accomplish. :)

    Amazing work. I'm tall as well 5'11" and started my journey at 192 in March. I'm currently at 169 so I have a way to go yet, but our builds are very similar so you have given me hope! Congrats.
