2 Year Weight Loss

My weight loss has been slow recently so I looked at a picture taken 2 years ago and one taken last month. Comparing the two pictures sure helps. The pictures tell the story and help me to "press on".

    Excellent! What a great feeling to no longer be the "heavy set" woman....just the nice looking lady in the black shirt. That is one of my top goals to keep me going! Keep up the good work!

    Thank you ALL for the kind and encouraging comments. I remember well looking at before and after pictures of other's weight loss pictures here on MFP and other places and how I thought "I would like to do that, too." Not finished yet!
