My advice would be to log everything and keep exercising.
You will have good days, and bad days but we are never far away if you want to share0 -
welcome to this site, and it is very helpful...best advice: burn more calories than you take in...it is the ONLY way to get rid of the weight...also do all the research you can on emotional eating and take time to think about your own situation and your eating food for comfort...good luck :flowerforyou:0
