Dear members,
I have 2 queries.
1) Is jumping jacks helpful in reducing weight?
2) Is it safe for our body if we do jumping jacks every day without fail?
Thanks

Good morning I'm not a fitness instructor nor do I have any qualifications in this area but jumping jacks are an excellent cardiovascular move that helps burn fat. It's not overly strenuous but it does get you moving and your heart rate up which is the point in them. In my opinion there is no downside to doing them daily but please be careful of your knees when doing them x1

Unless you have health issues, by all means Jump to your heart's content. Any kind of movement is good and jumping jacks are excellent. BUT, they will not help you lose weight unless you are eating within your MFP calories. No exercise can do that. You have to have a calorie deficient to lose weight.

Jumping jacks are awesomely retro exercises, I like your style. Skipping rope too. Let the hipsters have their trendy treadmills.1
