Yes: I have "cave-man" feet...wide and flat: I used to wear an 8.5 women's (now down 48 lbs) and now I'm a 7.5 women's so your feet can lose fat too!

My husbands did a full size after 65 pound lost, mine less than 1/4 in one foot and went from wide shoe to narrow after 20 pound loss, I think I had duck feet before.

Yes I went down a shoe size after a loss of 70+ pounds, was most annoyed that my favourite summer sandals that were still in great condition were now too big and I had to buy a new pair lol.

I also got shorter... keep your bones strong as you lose weight. Walk, calcium, basic core exercises.

Yes, in fact just went shoe shopping and found I needed 1/2 size smaller. Unexpected but hey, I'll take a loss anywhere!
