YUMMY breakfast or lunch, ONLY 205 calories!!!!

Just had this delicious lunch and had to share...

1 Flat Out Artisan Bread 5 grain
1/2 cup egg beaters
2/3 cup sliced frozen mushrooms (or whatever veggies you prefer)
1 wedge Laughing Cow Light swiss cheese
(spices to taste, no salt)

- toast the flat bread to make it warm and crispy
- spread the cheese wedge on the toasted bread
- make the egg beater omelette with whatever veggies, spices you desire (without adding salt)
- spread the omelette over the bread and EAT!

DELICIOUS, EASY, and ONLY 205 calories!!!! :happy: :happy: :happy:

    I love the flat out flat breads! I make pizza on them all the time! My fvorite is bbq chicken pizza, mist with olive oil spray and bake for 3-4 minutes or until it starts to get crispy, then spread it with 2 tbsp of bbq sauce, top with diced chicken and red onion and reduced fat cheese. Less than 400 calories and with a salad, it makes a great dinner!

    You are all welcome! I love being creative with my meals to keep them from getting boring. As I'm eating this I was thinking I just had to share it. I would never have known about those flat breads without this site so, sharing is what it's all about!

    People who say eating healthy is boring and bland are CRAZY!!! Just be creative...
