70 pounds gone in less than 11 months!

I was a little over 200 pounds at giving birth to my first born (This past June) I started back at diet exercise 4 months after having my son and here I am in total 70 pounds lighter! 10 more pounds to go to reach my goal of 120 This post if for anyone who needs motivation & for all you mommies & new mommies

My diet was just eatting healthy. I did NOTHING special & used no programs. I go to the gym 6 days a week about two hours a day I start with cardio (treadmill or elliptical) than small weights after & I have cheat days every weekend
My cardio time varies everyday I've done as little as 15 mins max 50mims (Depends how I feel that day)

Thank you guys I forgot to mention I only drink watter Monday through Saturday! Sunday I still drink water but I might have a juice or energy drink something I like also

Good job. I needed this. My goal is between 50 to 70lbs. I just started back on my journey 3 days ago and can already feel a huge difference in my energy level. I hope this feeling continues.1

2 hours a day at the gym 6 days a week - with a baby? Wow - that is extremely impressive.
I'm lucky if I find time to shower in a day. Don't know where I'd find 2 hours for the gym. Way to go!1 -
