Hi guys! I haven't been on here in a while, I am currently 7months pregnant, due July 31st 2016! And this time around I am a lot more educated on fitness while pregnant! I am excited to share any tips with you!

    Hi , wow great for 7 months! Im 2 months pregnant now and just reached my goal of 125 pounds at 5-3' about 2 months ago after gaining 60 pounds last pregnancy. Im happy im pregnant but i dread gaining weight like my last pregnancy . Any advice on how not to gain as much or what helps curb the cravings. Thnx in advance :)

    Congratulations to you both. I was very active during my last pregnancy which was almost 3 years ago now. I ran until I was about 34 weeks and ran a half marathon at 5 1/2 months. I continued walking and doing p90x kenpo up until my due date. I did my last workout the day before I had my son. It was definitely worth trying to stay in shape while pregnant. I bounced back very quick and felt strong and great :) Enjoy your pregnancy ladies!!!

    Hello!! I'm 21 weeks and still running, swimming, and taking classes at my gym. Feels good! Nervous about gaining a pound week now which is supposedly common.

    Awesome. Add me. 5 months pregnant with twins!!! When I first learned I was pregnant I learned it was ok to go to the gym. Then I learned twins was a whole new ball game and no matter how good I feel and how well the babies are doing I'm automatically considered high risk.
