This might be weird but I love making a little cup of it and dipping almonds in it. I only use the chocolate pb2 though. I also like to but it on a rice cake!

I add it to smoothies, ice cream, cottage cheese, yogurt. Oh and Cheerios, because we don't have PB cheerios here

    2. Also in Smoothies- Ice, Protein Powder, PB2, Banana, water or milk.

The cottage cheese thing sounds good. I will mix cottage cheese and an individual sugar free jello together. That's good also.

I'm not sure I understand "natural ingredients" or how they are beneficial.

I use jif brand peanut butter powder because I think it was the cheapest per ounce at the store. and its only ingredient is peanuts:

I use it every single day with crushed oreos in my morning yogurt. yummmo!!

Sounds weird, but sometimes I just eat it plain.... mixed with a little water of course. But i'll use it on anything!

I like putting it on my arctic zero, apples, rice cakes, banana, cinnamon raisin bread... basically anything!

You can make a low cal dessert by mixing it with cool whip. Its like a delicious low-cal peanut butter mousse.

Throw some cream cheese in there, too. My wife just made a chocolate-peanut butter cheesecakey sort of pie this past weekend using an Oreo crust and chocolate chips.

Yeah, I know - it's not low Calorie. But it's - how shall we say - damned good.

I always liked it as a topping for my home made banana oatmeal pancakes (or a topping on light vanilla ice cream)

I like to make it into a syrup (sometimes I mix in sugar free syrup) and drizzle it over fruit or waffles or pancakes. Also add to shakes, yogurt..

I make a protein shake with a frozen banana, a Tbs. or 2 of PB2, 1/2 cup skim milk, scoop of protein powder and a little Splenda. Add a cup of ice, maybe a little water and blend. It's completely delicious.

Haha One learns to be creative when there's not a huge selection in the supermarket.
