Hiit training

Whats some peoples input on hiit training for toning up and weight lose.. Ive been doing great just looking for some other routines and stuff. Any input would be great. Thanks.

    Incline treadmill on full speed for 30sec then 30sec plank, 30sec sprint, 20 cable crunches then repeat for 4sets

    The treadmill plank sprint crunchy thing is just not going to work. Trust me if you do HIIT properly that 30s or 1min sprint will leave you thrashed, you need the rest period to recover and then go again. If you can drop down and power out 30 push ups then you're not running hard enough.

    I use a bike, sprint up and hill and then roll down on the rest, repeat ten times and usually my legs don't want to work for a day or so.
