I was just wondering as far as calorie counting goes, who is right? My place of employment has a nourishment guide for everything that is served in our cafeteria. But, when I go to log what I eat into MFP, the calorie counts are alot different. Which calories counts should I believe to be accurate?

Ingredients are something that can only be estimated, unless you know exactly what they are. I'd say your cafeteria probably has a better chance of getting it right.0

I agree, go with the count you are getting from the cafeteria. Many entries on MFP can be incorrect, outdated, incomplete, etc.0 -
Yep, the cafeteria knows what's in their recipes and so their counts are probably a lot more accurate.0

For purposes of weight loss, I'd use the one with the highest calorie count.0
