I was just wondering as far as calorie counting goes, who is right? My place of employment has a nourishment guide for everything that is served in our cafeteria. But, when I go to log what I eat into MFP, the calorie counts are alot different. Which calories counts should I believe to be accurate?

Ingredients are something that can only be estimated, unless you know exactly what they are. I'd say your cafeteria probably has a better chance of getting it right.

I agree, go with the count you are getting from the cafeteria. Many entries on MFP can be incorrect, outdated, incomplete, etc.

Yep, the cafeteria knows what's in their recipes and so their counts are probably a lot more accurate.

For purposes of weight loss, I'd use the one with the highest calorie count.
