Is there a way I can delete my personal food database (not the one everybody uses) and start again? There are foods I would like to get rid of.

Yes go to food ->My Foods->

Click on the food you created to delete it...but only those you created. If it was an edit no delete button.

Thank you. But I just realized it is the Recent and Frequent foods that I want to delete and start over with. Can I just start over with the food settings back to nothing?

I wanted to do the same, I closed my account and made a new one. From what I saw it was the only way to do it, I found. I could be wrong but it worked :) I used the same email immediately after deletion to create a new one. But it did move all my friends over which I found funny. Must have been linked to my email.

It won't be removed from recent if the item is still in previous entries of your food diary I think.
