Hello, im currently on the loose 2 pounds a week deal. so on a normal day i find i've hit my goal of fat and sodium but have 600+ calories left before i hit my goal. Should i stop eating or eat the other 600 calories and not worry about the fat, sodium, carbs stats in the app?

It depends on your goals. To lose weight all you require is a calorie deficit, and it doesn't matter if those calories come from sodium, fat, carbs, sugar, etc. - you will still lose weight.
Many people have a minimum protein goal that they try to meet every day. Protein is useful in maintaining muscle while you lose fat (especially when combined with a strength training program). If you are finding that you aren't getting much protein you may want to use those 600 extra calories to get more in.
Unless you have a medical issue that requires you to watch your intake (such as diabetes or hypertension), sodium, fat, and sugar are fine in moderation.2 -
Calories are the determining factor for weight loss, so focus on that.
Excess sodium can cause water retention and can mess with your head when you weigh in - but it goes away.
Fat is pretty insignificant to me - I try to be sure to hit my protein goal, make sure I'm getting enough fat, and not looking at the carbs (that's all that's left after protein and fat anyway).1 -
CICO for weight loss, macros for health and satiety. Depending on what your goal is, you should eat more.1
