I work out 5 day a week and walk or jog 3 miles 4-5 days a week. Try to eat clean and watch what I eat. This is the hard part for me. I try to eat about 2000-2200 calories about usually burn about 700-800. Need help to get under 200 lbs . Any thing will help been stuck at same weight now for 4 months .

You say you try to eat 2000-2200. Are you logging 100% of the foods you eat and using a food scale?1

Yes and no don't have a food scale0

You need to weigh your food and log it, and be very realistic about eating back exercise calories.0

Also, how are you determining you're burning 700-800 calories? Do you have a HRM? If you've been jogging 3 miles, 4-5 days/week for a while you might burn less calories than you think (though, it might be accurate, hard to say)1

I am a 54 year old man, 5'6''. I started at 240, and weighed in this morning at 176 (a little less than my "after pic").....goal is 168.....
The advice about checking your logging is spot on. If your numbers are honest, you should be losing. But without a scale, you could be off by quite a bit.
Also be careful about your exercise calories. Your estimates could be high. Many people start by eating back half and then adusting.
