Im curious about how many calories a cone pizza contains ,because on their site it says it only has 280 calories , which is quite hard to believe

    Are you saying the entry in MFP database is wrong or the place where you got the cone pizza?

    It would depend on what is in the cone pizza and how big it is. I could believe 200- 600 calories if the ingredients seem equivalent to 1 slice of pizza just in cone shape.

    how many calories there are depends. are you making them from pillsbury pizza dough? if you make your own, weigh each ingredient and log it and voila! there's no reason a small one couldn't have 280 calories, but someone who uses a lot more full fat cheese is going to have a higher calorie cone pizza than someone who uses much less cheese that's reduced fat. and it will also depend on your sauce, whether you put in meats and stuff like that, and how large a piece of dough you use.

    a do-it-yourself food like this is one that is going to have custom calories.
