Im Rachel...I'm finally doing something about my weight. I do joke about it a lot, but that's because I was and is always downgraded mainly by my ex's. But I'm about to prove them wrong! :)
But looking for some people so we can help push each other!

    Altho I've been using this for years, I've been on and off. I [BADLY] sprained my ankle in DECEMBER!! and have only just gotten back to the gym. Overweight people often use humor about their weight....it's a way to deflect others from saying anything first [Chris Farley the now deceased comedian is a great example]. But you're worth more than that! Welcome here and I know you'll do great!
