Getting back to my college shape!

I finally got tired of always having no energy and being irritable. On my birthday this year I decided that things had to change. I wasn't even going to post this but I figure this would help keep me accountable. I am down 10.2 lbs since April 12.

I am currently using flexible dieting or IIFYM plus Intermittent fasting. So far I am losing about 1-1.5 lbs a week, exactly where I want to be at. Anyways I plan to update photos every two weeks. fvhfsm6subu1.jpeg

    I didn't take any photos when I started but decided to start taking photos and logging everything to chronical my journey.

    I can already notice a big difference. This is the first I am hearing about the fasting thing- sounds pretty cool and legit. Makes sense. Keep up the good work!!!!

    IF, calorie deficit, and HIIT/ weight lifting is helping me out too. Let's keep the hustle up in here!!
