Hi I am new to fitness pal (sort off - been a member for a while) but now I want to get serious.
My two biggest challenges:
- I am vegetarian (no fish, chicken, meat). I can eat dairy and eggs. So would like some creative protein ideas. Please pass along any creative ideas
- How do I get motivated to exercise regularly.
Any help will be great

Welcome Irangara. First off, what are your goals? Lose, maintain, gain weight or just be a bit more physically fit? Good meatless choices of protein include: oatmeal, nuts + nut Butters, Greek yogurt, beans, seeds, broccoli for starters
Forms of motivation I like to use include watching videos on YouTube, pod casts, but it mostly comes down to discipline. Some people like to reward themselves when they exercise regularly such as watching an episode of your favorite TV series (during or after). Or by simply putting it into your mind to have it be a necessary daily/weekly routine such as brushing ones teeth. Just some ideas that have helped me.0
