Logging Exercise

How do you determine how many calories to log for exercise? For example, boxing for one hour is listed at far fewer calories than my coach claims I burn... Is there a formula for levels of intensity by length of workout???

No, it really just depends on your age, gender, weight & heart rate during that activity. If you want to log your workouts more accurately I would suggest purchasing some sort of fitness tracker. I love my polar product!1
