Hi my goal is to stay below 50Kg. I was 49.8 kg yesterday. I only ate 1200 cal and this morning I am 50.3 kg. Anyone knows why? And should I diet again?

Because weight fluctuates constantly. If you ate a higher amount of sodium, more carbs than usual, had an intense workout, or are at a certain point of your menstrual cycle you may be retaining water.1

- water
- menstrual cycle
- poo5 -
So now you're freaking out over another 500grams. Presumably while you're still sick.
OP, you need help. You're freaking out over normal water fluctuations, in your other thread you've admitted to being obsessed with your physique and scared to gain weight, your BMI is the low end of healthy already...please talk to someone about this before it gets worse.4 -

Im not sick anymore. And why do I need help though? I was just curious as to why I am gaining weight0 -
Fluctuations are normal, you really shouldn't give them a second thought.1

If you're someone who freaks over fluctuations of a couple 100g it's better to not weigh everyday. Try just once a week instead. If you weigh at a different time, had a high fibre meal, havent had a poo too recently, different times in your menstrual cycle, had a big glass of water etc.etc.etc. the list is endless you will inevitably see fluctuation2

That answer was in response to a thread the OP posted yesterday, in which she was informed that weight fluctuates for all sorts of reasons, and it's not something to freak out over. In the other thread, she made some statements that were a little concerning. Here she is the very next day, asking about "gaining" weight when fluctuations were just explained to her.
OP - you need to calm down, keep eating a reasonable number of calories, and not worry about "dieting" again unless you see an upward trend in your weight over a reasonable period of time - meaning NOT a day or two, or even a week. If you weigh weekly, you'll need to wait at least 4-6 weeks to see if your weight is trending upward. If you weigh daily, you could probably go with more like 3-4 weeks and if it's trending upward, go to a small deficit.4
