Chicken taco's no tortilla. Fresh broccoli & sugar snap peas sautéed w/ garlic, EVOO, fresh grated asiago cheese. Spanish rice..... Whole plate less than 300cals

Down almost 80 pounds, these are my healthier alternatives (sorry I went a little pic crazy) but I bake instead of fry, use whole wheat instead of white, low fat cheeses, etc.
