Living in denial is OVER

So awhile back, I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and one of the symptoms is that it is a lot easier for me to gain weight and its hard to lose it. I've been using that as an excuse and I'm done doing that. I need someone who I can be accountable to and isn't going to let me cheat myself. I've tried this app by myself but it hasn't stuck. Anyone like this out there?

I'm doing the app by myself you just need to have the motivation to stick with it. This isn't the first time that I have tried sticking to this app, I failed the first time. It was like taking birth control for me..and trust me...I have two kids, that's how effective it was for me lol But you've got to believe in yourself and tell yourself that you can do this and your going to. It took someone asking me if I had gained weight or if I was pregnant to motivate me to lose weight and so far I'm down 10 lbs. You've got this!!0
