So I work 3, 10-12 hour days in a doctors office. I stand 99% of my day. I don't walk a lot, but I move around a lot and walk some. On these days I cannot do any other type of exercise, but was wondering if it can be counted some how? I am burning more just by standing and moving around all day, right?

It is your daily activity. If you have yourself at sedentary move your activity level to a more appropriate one. You will get more calories but should still lose.

You're burning a little more, but probably not loads. Maybe add a couple of hundred cals for work days, and see how that affects the scales.1 -
What activity setting did you actually select?1

I set it at Lightly Active. I originally had it set for exercise at 5 times a week, but I just changed it to 3 days. I think this may help.0
