    yes, just last month for the criminals at the grand lucayan hotel. They gave us the all-inclusive wristbands then told us at checkout that we weren't all-inclusive and charged us a couple hundred...

    we had to, they passed us off on the cruise line who passed us off on the booking agency who weren't any help at all and after over an hour of fighting it we needed to get going or we'd miss our bus, then our ship back to the US, then our flight and it'd be even more expensive....
