I've been had two clean annual screenings. Now I'm over 70 lbs overweight. :/ so far I've lost 15 lbs.

    Contrats on the 15 lbs lost.

    My wife had this problem after chemo and radiation. The doctors told us that it would take one to two years before she gets to whatever her new normal is. I don't know what will help with motivation. She's tired a lot, but forces herself to get on the treadmill to get some exercise. Her tastes have changed, but she's starting to eat healthier now. The only thing I can tell you is that it's mind over matter.
