Going on a 'boob diet'

I've always been around 100-105 lbs, depending on how healthy I am. But since getting a new job I've been really stressed and have had appetite issues and have gotten below 100 which I don't like. And, it's better to be 'thicc' now a days, so my goal weight I think is 107 lbs. I'm also going to be tryings to make my boobs grow. I'll be taking fenugreek & saw palmetto capsules 3 times a day. There are also some foods that can improve the health of breasts so I will be trying to eat those as well. I am calling this the boob diet. I found out about these foods on an estrogen food pyramid you can probably find on google. If you wanna follow my progress or updates feel free to add me on mfp.

Fenugreek is sometimes used to improve milk production when breast feeding but the studies are inconclusive - certainly there is no evidence that it will improve the appearance/size of the breast.
Palmetto seems to be used to treat symptoms of an enlarged prostate - which I'm assume you don't have (enlarged or otherwise). Again the science is inconclusive (from my 5 min search) but there may be other breast related benefits.
All in all it sounds like a wild goose chase to me but whatever - knock yourself out.6 -
Hey good luck. Just something to keep in mind/do some extra reading on is that boob = fat storage influenced by your genetics. Not sure if fenugreek or palmetto will do much there. Even if they add a bit of estrogen, they will create imbalances else where if you're not careful. Though I'm no expert, I'd recommend checking with your doctor if the use of them will impact your intentions. Good luck2

I've tried all of these things. I've even noogled. Sorry to say, without getting implants or fat transfer any results you see will be incredibly minimal and temporary.2

I started taking Saw Palmetto for a hormonal issue. I didn't know anything about it making boobs bigger. My husband did comment that my boobs seemed to be a little bigger (not that he cares, he loves my boobs). But, not so much that I needed a new bra size. Very minimal. I can't see a difference. It had side effects. And I started to worry it would mess up my hormones because I just couldn't find good enough research on it. So, I stopped. I don't notice any difference in my breast size. I have sort of low estrogen, but still basically within the normal range. And I had a lot of medical injury recently that also caused me to weigh 95 pounds, and my doctor says could have knocked my hormones out of whack because my Sex Hormone Binding Globulin was elevated from being underweight. Just my opinion, but I think it's better, easier, happier to just embrace the body that you have. Work on good health and fitness and be your sexy self. Get some cute lingerie and cute clothes. I am small like you too for my whole life. I reached my full adult size at age 16 and stayed that size for over 20 years now (had two babies). I am 5'2" and weigh 102, eating over 2000 calories a day, I am a dancer. Lifting weights is great. I like the book Strong Curves by Bret Contreras.0

Boob diet? Awww heck no, like us women need to take anything to mess up hormone function.. If this worked trust me, every single flat chested woman would have bought this already. It would have made it across world news and there would be so many sellers marketing this stuff. And there would be plenty of lawsuits for what the stuff does to you in the interim or later on.
I think I would try to get weight back up to 107 first before taking pills IMHO.
Boob diet and boob pillz, new one for me.
